Starting with DotNetNuke 4.8, the AJAX is supported in the CORE. The new AJAX implementation may break TimeXP export as it has been reported by customer in the support forum. The AJAX feature can be turned off at the host level or at the individual module level. Turning off AJAX at the portal level may impact all modules that need AJAX support. We recommend to turn off the AJAX support at the TimeXP module level.
To turn off the AJAX support at the TimeXP module level
- Login in as Host
- Go to Host >> Module Definitions
- Locate and Edit ICPC-TE-TimeXP module as shown in Figure 1
- Edit the view control on the Edit Module Definition screen by click on the pencil as highlight in Figure 2
- Un-check the Supports Partial Rendering? on the Edit Module Control screen as shown in figure 3
- Click on Update button
Notice that in the future release, we will set the "Supports Partial Rendering?" not check as default setting when installing the TimeXP module.
