Employment Job Application Form and Affirmative Action Data Form are typically printed together. JobXP v2008.04 combines these two forms into one PDF file for fast printing. Once the form is output to PDF, it can be emailed or archived to shared folder. And if you ever need to do keyword search against these PDF forms within DotNetNuke, check out the custom module SearchEngine v2.0 from Xepient Solutions. At InDyne, we have successfully integrated this module to search and find candidates with special skills from our huge job application pool.
The new print to PDF option is available to both Hiring Managers and HR Administrator. This blog shows step by step on how to print to PDF.
