The IssueXP version 08.03.01 provides enhancements and bug fixes.
Enhancements
- Adding email notification template that supports token replacement at runtime. The templates are stored in the resource files.
- Adding CSS support for the display of comments and history on the Issue detail screen.
Bug fixes
- Can not assign permission to DNN role in the child portal where the same role name has been assigned in the parent portal
Installation
The share library SecXP module was updated to support the bug fix. Thus the SecXP upgrade is required . Once you unzip the install package, you will see two zip files
- ICPC-TE-SecXP_08.02.01_Install.zip
- ICPC-TE-IssueXP_08.03.01_Install.zip
Notice that the SecXP module is at version 08.02.01. If you have uploaded other modules such as TimeXP or JobXP and have upgraded the SecXP to version 08.02.01, you can skip step 1 below.
To install IssueXP:
- Step 1 - Install ICPC-TE-SecXP_08.02.01_Install.zip
- Step 2 - Install ICPC-TE-IssueXP_08.03.01_Install.zip
After installation, you will see the warning message "The IssueXP module has been installed as new or upgraded. Please access the module Settings screen, verify, and update the IssueXP configuration settings." as show in figure below. Access the module Settings screen, review the settings and click on Update button. The warning message will go away.
