image The Issue Dashboard makes it convenient and easy to view issues, requesters, date due,  assignments and color coded priority/status. Issues can be filtered by project, assignment, category, and priority.  Issue listing is  exportable to Excel.
image You can custom select the columns you wish to display.
image The issue details screen displays the issue number, project, requester information, title and description, category, critical dates, issue owner, comments, attachments, history, notifications, related issues, and assignments.
image You can add comments to the issue in the issue details.
image You can upload files and documents pertaining to the issue in the Attachments section of the issue details.
image The History section in the issue details displays records of updates made to the issue.
image Notification allows you to choose to be notified of updates on this issue or omit the notices.
image Related Issues makes it easy to link other issues as child or parent issues. You can click on an issue to view the details.
image Assignments allows you to view add roles to the issue or remove them from the issue.
